Engineering Services
We offer engineering services to design custom systems to meet your special requirements. Our engineers will develop the concept and specify the system components. We utilize SolidWorks to create the solid model and develop the drawings and BOM’s. This process of design and modeling ensures system performance and seamless integration.
Fabrication and Quality Control
Upon drawing approval, the procurement and fabrication process begins. All drawings and material go through multiple QC inspections. Our mechanics and certified welders build to exacting tolerance of 1/8″ or less. Upon final assembly, we can apply most any industrial coating in our UL listed paint booth. All finished assemblies are hydro-statically tested prior to shipment.
Installation Services
We can offer installation services by qualified technicians at the customer request.
