Available in three different sizes, Rangu is perfectly suited for use in high vacuum up to 10 8 hPa (mbar) where high pumping speeds or gas flow rates are required. Proven and robust Rangu diffusion vacuum pumps work according to the proven steam ejection principle and are characterized by a high level of reliability. Even under the toughest operating conditions that would destroy other vacuum pumps, Rangu diffusion vacuum pumps work with operational reliability and a consistently high performance level and boast a long service life. Operationally reliable and cost effective Rangu diffusion vacuum pumps can be used to convey almost all gases and vapours, even if they are reactive. They have no moving parts, meaning they are almost maintenance free. Compared to other high vacuum generators, they offer the highest degree of cost effectiveness. Rangu diffusion vacuum pumps work silently without any vibration. Due to the outstanding design of the nozzle system, oil backflow of the fuel is virtually excluded. Rangu diffusion vacuum pumps can be operated from preliminary pressures of 10 3 mbar.
